工程管理中的混凝土裂缝快速修复技术研究

摘　　要：为修复各混凝土工程中的裂缝,延长各建筑工程的服役寿命,本试验主要采用吸水树脂和水泥基渗透结晶防水材料作为双组分修复剂,结合水泥等材料制备一种混凝土裂缝快速修复材料。并对材料配方进行优化,研究其裂缝修复性能。结果表明,当修复剂中吸水树脂占比为40%、修复剂掺量为20%时,混凝土裂缝快速修复材料的裂缝修复效果更好,材料的裂缝修复最大宽度能达到0.7 mm。当裂缝宽度越小时,这种修复材料的裂缝修复效果越好。且对于0.6 mm及以下宽度的裂缝,该修复材料能够实现在5 min内快速修复。综上,本试验制备的混凝土裂缝快速修复材料修复效果较好。在工程管理中,可以适当调整修复剂中的吸水树脂占比,对材料成本进行控制,并达到裂缝修复、提高混凝土材料服役寿命的目的。In order to repair cracks in various concrete projects and extend the service life of each building project,this experiment mainly uses absorbent resin and cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof material as two-component repair agents,combined with materials such as cement to prepare a rapid repair material for concrete cracks.And optimize the material formula to study its crack repair performance.The experimental results show that when the proportion of absorbent resin in the repair agent is 40%and the amount of repair agent is 20%,the crack repair effect of the rapid repair material for concrete cracks is better,and the maximum crack repair width of the material can reach 0.7 mm.The smaller the crack width,the better the crack repair effect of this repair material.And for cracks with a width of 0.6 mm and below,this repair material can achieve rapid repair within 5 minutes.In summary,the rapid repair material for concrete cracks prepared in this experiment has a good repair effect.In engineering management,the proportion of absorbent resin in the repair agent can be adjusted appropriately to control material costs and achieve crack repair and improve the service life of concrete materials.
