摘  要:针对电力物资仓储检配业务因数据信息量大,存在处理能力不足而影响效率的问题,为强化共享式架构对检储配业务的支撑,设计了基于数据中台的智能检储配系统。该系统包含抽检模块、物料储存模块、配送模块3个功能模块,采用ODPS架构完成功能设计。数据中台负责对数据的采集、处理、分析,自动生成配送计划,构建电力物资仓储检储配的智能化流程。经应用验证表明:这一系统有助于提高工作效率,保证配送的准时性,降低运营成本,具有较高的应用价值。Aiming at the problem that the efficiency of electric power material storage and distribution business is affected by the large amount of data information and the lack of processing capacity,in order to strengthen the support of shared architecture for inspection,storage and distribution business,an intelligent inspection,storage and distribution system based on data center is designed.The system includes three functional modules:sampling module,material storage module and distribution module.The ODPS architecture is used to complete the functional design.The data center is responsible for collecting,processing and analyzing the data,automatically generating the distribution plan,and constructing the intelligent process of electric power material storage,inspection and distribution.The application verification shows that this system helps to improve work efficiency,ensure the punctuality of distribution,reduce operating costs,and has high application value.
