摘  要:为了加强城镇防洪工程建设,研究对杭州市临安区青石门水库除险加固方案设计展开评价,基于理想目标相似性的顺序选优技术与灰色系统分析法,构建除险加固方案评价模型。结果表明,研究设计评价模型的评价结果较为适中,吻合度高于95%,可实现工程方案的多方面衡量。同时,在不同评价维度上的线性相关系数较优。研究结果可有效减轻洪涝灾害带来的生命财产安全损失,推动地区经济、社会平稳发展。In order to strengthen the construction of urban flood control projects,this paper evaluates the design of the emergency reinforcement scheme of Qingshimen reservoir in Lin'an district of Hangzhou,and constructs the evaluation model of emergency reinforcement scheme based on the sequential optimization technique of ideal target similarity and the grey system analysis method.The results show that the evaluation model designed for the research has moderate evaluation results,with a consistency rate of over 95%,and can achieve multi-faceted measurement of engineering solutions.Meanwhile,the linear correlation coefficients are better across different evaluation dimensions.The design of the research will effectively reduce the loss of life and property safety caused by floods and promote stable economic and social development in the region.
