重庆红层区打井工程对浅层地下水生态服务价值影响研究

摘  要:地下水生态服务价值评估是当今生态系统服务功能研究的热点和难点之一。通过参考前人对地下水生态服务价值类型及其评估方法,综合多种生态系统服务类型和方法,结合红层区浅层地下水水文特征,构建浅层地下水生态服务种类及其评估方法,并以重庆市红层区打井工程为例进行测算。结果表明,2022年重庆市红层区各区县打井工程开采地下水资源,当单个农户家庭人畜饮水需求量为0.8、1.15和1.5m^(3)/d时,其浅层地下水生态服务价值分别为788.41、1 134.72和1 481.03亿元,地下水供给服务生态价值仅为调节服务生态价值的3.8%,而涵养水源生态服务价值为调节服务生态总价值的主体,所占比例为87.2%。因此,在红层找水打井的后期管理中,合理限量开采和保护地下水环境是协调社会经济与生态发展的重要途径,对红层浅层地下水资源可持续开发利用具有重要的实践与理论指导价值。Assessment of groundwater ecological services values is one of hot and difficult point in the ecological system service value now.By referencing to previous studies of classification and methods of groundwater ecological services values,and comprehensively multiple ecological system services values of evaluation methods,based on these,conjoint analysis of hydro geological characteristics of shallow groundwater in the red bed layer,to construct kinds of shallow groundwater ecological services values and evaluation methods,and takes as Chongqing city of red bed layer a example,that has measured their ecological services values.The results show that when drinking water for human and domestic animals of each family is 0.8、1.15 and 1.5m^(3)/d,and their shallow groundwater ecological services values is 78.84、113.472 and 148.103 billion yuan,respectively,and ground water service supply value only accounts for 3.8%of adjustment services values,the ecological service value of conserving water sources is the main body that regulates the total ecological service value,accounting for 87.2%.Accordingly,in the later management of finding water and drilling wells in the red bed layer,reasonable limited exploitation and protection of groundwater environment may be key ways to harmonize social economy and ecology.These are practices and theoretical guidance for shallow groundwater sustainable development in the water shortage of the red bed hills.
