摘  要:习近平总书记强调:“无数人生成功的事实表明,青年时代,选择吃苦也就选择了收获,选择奉献也就选择了高尚。”该文基于习近平总书记对青年的寄语,运用个案研究、访谈等方法,对凯里学院公共体育课程的设置、教学活动的实施、教学组织的安排以及师资队伍等方面进行了深入分析。研究发现,课程设置尚不够科学、教学组织不够紧凑、师资队伍在军事化专业知识方面存在欠缺。该文旨在立足现有条件,对贵州省凯里学院的公共体育课教学模式进行回顾,尝试融入军事化元素,以解决当前存在的实际问题,从而顺应高效率课堂在各级各类学校推广与实践的改革潮流。General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that"countless successful facts in life show that in youth,choosing to endure hardships means choosing to reap rewards,and choosing to dedicate means choosing nobility."Based on General Secretary Xi Jinping's message to youth,this article uses case studies,interviews and other methods to conduct in-depth analysis of the setting of public physical education courses,teaching activity implementation,teaching organization arrangement,and the faculty team at Kaili University.It is found that the curriculum design is not very scientific enough,the teaching organization is not very compact,and the teaching staff lacks military professional knowledge.This article aims to review the teaching mode of public physical education courses at Kaili University in Guizhou Province on the basis of existing conditions,attempt to integrate"militarization"elements to solve current practical problems,in order to conform to the reform trend of promoting and practicing high-efficiency classrooms in various levels and types of schools.
