摘　　要：目的通过循证及德尔菲专家函询法构建心脏大血管术后谵妄的集束化干预方案,为心脏大血管科临床工作人员提供一套科学规范的术后谵妄干预方案。方法组建集束化护理干预小组,通过循证法制订集束化干预方案初稿;通过德尔菲专家函询方式对集束化干预方案进行函询和修订,最终分析集束化干预方案的科学性、可靠性。结果通过文献解读和课题组讨论初步制订集束化护理干预初稿;采用2轮德尔菲函询专家函询方法最终制订含有一级条目(7个)、二级条目(20个)和三级条目(34个)的心脏大血管术后谵妄集束化护理干预方案。结论通过循证建立、德尔菲函询构建的心脏大血管术后谵妄预防的集束化护理方案,具有科学性及可靠性。Objective To develop a bundled intervention program for delirium after cardiac and major vascular surgery through evidence-based practice and the Delphi expert consultation method,providing clinical staff in the cardiovascular department with a scientifically standardized postoperative delirium intervention program.Methods A bundled nursing intervention team was established,and a preliminary draft of the intervention program was developed using evidence-based methods.The program was then consulted and revised through the Delphi expert consultation method,and the scientifi city and reliability of the bundled intervention program were finally analyzed.Results Through literature review and group discussions,a preliminary draft of the bundled nursing intervention was developed.Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation was used to fi nally develop a bundled intervention program for delirium after cardiac and major vascular surgery,containing 7 primary items,20 secondary items,and 34 tertiary items.Conclusion The bundled nursing program for delirium prevention after cardiac and major vascular surgery,which was established through evidence-based and Delphi consultation method,is both scientifi c and reliable.
