摘  要:目的探讨以患者需求为导向的多维度健康教育模式在日间化疗中心乳腺癌输液港患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年3—9月在广西医科大学第一附属医院日间化疗中心诊治并经输液港进行周期化疗的119例乳腺癌患者。按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组60例和观察组59例,前者给予传统的健康教育,后者在前者基础上实施以患者需求为导向的多维度健康教育模式,采用输液港相关知识调查问卷表、癌症患者输液港自我管理行为评估量表(CPTSMS)、乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)中文版V4.0问卷和焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别评估干预前后两组患者输液港相关知识的掌握、导管自我管理能力、生活质量及焦虑情况。结果干预前,两组患者的输液港相关知识得分、导管自我管理能力得分、生活质量得分、焦虑自评得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组输液港相关知识得分、导管自我管理能力得分、生活质量得分均高于对照组,观察组焦虑自评得分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以患者需求为导向的多维度健康教育能够有效满足乳腺癌患者输液港知识的需求,提升对输液港相关信息的认识水平和导管自我护理技能,提高生活质量、降低焦虑水平,改善患者的就医感受。Objective To explore the application effect of the patient-needs-oriented multidimensional health education model in breast cancer infusion port patients in ambulatory chemotherapy centre.Methods To select 119 breast cancer patients who were diagnosed and treated in the ambulatory chemotherapy centre of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from March to September 2023 and undertook cycle chemotherapy via infusion port.They were divided into 60 cases in the control group and 59 cases in the observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between the groups.The control group was given traditional health education,and the observation group implemented a multidimensional health education model patients-needs-oriented on the basis of control group,which used a questionnaire form on the knowledge related to infusion ports,the Cancer Patient's Self-Management of Behavioural Assessment Scale for Transfusion Ports(CPTSMS),the Functional Assessment of Therapy Breast(FACT-B)scale Chinese version V4.0 questionnaire and Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to assess the knowledge of infusion port,catheter self-management ability,quality of life,and anxiety in the two groups before and after the intervention,respectively.Results Before the intervention,the diff erences between the two groups of patients'scores of infusion port-related knowledge,catheter self-management ability,quality of life,and anxiety self-assessment scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the observation group's infusion port-related knowledge score,catheter self-management ability score,and quality of life score were higher than those of the control group,and the observation group's anxiety self-assessment score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patient-need-oriented multidimensional health education can eff ectively meet the needs of breast cancer patients’knowledge of infusion po
