摘 要:质谱法凭借高灵敏度和高选择性,成为分析脂肪酸的重要手段。脂肪酸电离效率低,直接进行质谱分析时灵敏度不高,常需要进行衍生化处理。综述了常见的质谱检测平台,包括气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)、液相色谱-质谱法(LC-MS)、毛细管电泳-质谱法(CE-MS)和质谱成像法(MSI),根据不同的质谱分析方法归纳了常用的衍生化方法以及最佳反应条件,并对脂肪酸质谱分析的未来发展方向提出了展望,以期为法庭科学领域开展相关研究提供参考与借鉴(引用文献62篇)。With its high sensitivity and selectivity,mass spectrometry has become an essential tool for analyzing fatty acids.Due to the low ionization efficiency of fatty acids,direct detection by mass spectrometry has low sensitivity and often requires the derivatization treatment.The common mass spectrometry platforms,including gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GCMS),liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS),capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry(CE-MS),and mass spectrometry imaging(MSI),were reviewed.Derivatization methods and optimal reaction conditions commonly used according to different mass spectrometry analysis methods were summarized.The future development direction of mass spectrometry analysis of fatty acids was prospected to provide reference and guidance for related research in forensic science(62 ref.cited).
