摘  要:在城市更新进程加速的背景下,电梯作为城市建筑垂直交通的核心设备,其安全运维面临老旧设备改造与新技术融合的双重挑战。智慧电梯物联网平台通过构建标准化平台架构,有效解决了传统系统存在的安全隐患、维护低效与能耗过高等问题。本文针对城市更新中设备异构兼容与风险管控需求,提出模块化划分的智慧电梯物联网平台架构,着重研究了数据驱动的电梯安全性能评估技术及基于图像的监测分析技术,并通过案例给出智慧电梯物联网在实际应用中的方案。With the acceleration of urban renewal,as a critical vertical transportation infrastructure in buildings,the safety maintance of elevators face to dual challenges between the reconstruction and the adoption of new technologies.For the IoT platform of elevators,it can effectively solve such issues as the potential safety hazard,low efficiency and high energy consumption by constructing a standard framework.In this paper,an IoT modular platform architecture is established based on the demands of heterogeneous device compatibility and risk governance in the process of urban renewal.Meanwhile,the safety of datadriven elevators and visionbased monitoring is investigated.Finally,case studies are given to illustrate the practical applications of IoT in smart elevators.
