摘  要:在“双碳”目标的引领下,既有超高层建筑的节能低碳改造成为城市更新的一个关键和挑战性难题。本文以上海陆家嘴某超高层办公建筑为例,深入剖析其智能化节能低碳改造方案与实施过程,针对其机电设备老化、能耗计量缺失、各系统节能性差等问题,制定了包含能耗计量、电气照明、空调系统、楼宇自控等改造的方案,着重解决了设计、施工、运营的一系列难点问题,在照明和空调系统方面具有显著的节能降碳效益,进而为类似的超高层建筑智能化节能低碳改造提供重要的借鉴价值。With the goal of dual carbon in China,how to realize the reconstruction of super highrise buildings withe purpose of lowcarbon and energysaving is a critical and challenging issue to be address in the process of city reconstruction.In this paper,we take a super highrise office building in Lujiazui,Shanghai as an example to investigate the scheme and its implementation for the intelligent reconstruction with demands of owcarbon and energysaving.Aimed at the issues of the aging of mechanical and electrical equipment,the lack of energy consumption metering,and poor energy saving for individual system,this paper proposes a scheme in aspects of the measurement of the energy consumption,electrical lighting,air conditioning and building automation systems,as well as a serial issues of the design,construction and maintenance.This paper is significant for the reference of other super highrise buildings withe purpose of lowcarbon and energysaving.
