摘 要:本文深入探讨了预制化电力模块架构优化中的常见问题,评估了不同优化措施对系统安全性及运维便利性的影响。通过分析主断路器和联络断路器的极数选择、断路器共用配置、静态旁路与主路共用断路器、总输出断路器的设置、内部维修旁路的配置以及取消外置输入输出断路器等关键问题,明确了优化策略及其适用场景。研究结果表明,合理的断路器极数配置和设备共用能够在节省占地面积的同时确保系统安全性和可维护性;然而,对于特级金融数据中心等对安全性和运维便利性要求极高的场景,建议采用更保守的架构配置。This paper investigates the common issues in the optimization of prefabricated power module architecture,and further assesses the impacts of different optimization measures on the system security and the convenience of equipment maintenance.By analyzing the critical issues as the selection of pole numbers for main circuit breakers and interconnection circuit breakers,the shared configuration of circuit breakers,the static bypass and main circuit shared circuit breakers,the setting of total output circuit breakers,the configuration of internal maintenance bypasses,and the elimination of external input/output circuit breakers,the paper clarifies the optimization strategies and their applicable scenarios.It shows that,a reasonable configuration of circuit breaker pole numbers and equipment sharing can save space while ensuring system security and maintainability.However,for scenarios with extremely high requirements for security and operational convenience,such as toplevel financial data centers,a more conservative architectural configuration is recommended.
