摘  要:针对大型飞机喷漆机库爆炸危险环境下的火灾防控问题,基于规范标准以及典型工程实践,本文研究了火灾自动报警系统的关键技术。通过爆炸危险区域分级方法,提出1区、2区火警设备防爆选型及管线敷设技术要求;创新构建“三维立体探测”体系,综合运用隔爆型三波段红外火焰探测器、高灵敏度吸气式感烟探测器及可燃气体探测器的协同配置策略,突破大跨度空间(16~26m)、复杂气流环境下的早期火灾探测瓶颈;结合地沟、马道等特殊空间特征,建立防爆型报警装置的空间布局模型。工程应用表明,该设计体系可有效降低可燃气体浓度监测误差至±3%LEL,实现火情30s内报警响应,为同类高危场所的智能消防系统设计提供了理论支撑和实践范式。For the issue of fire prevention and control in the explosive environments,this paper investigates the key technologies of fire automation systems based on standards and engineering practices.By using the grading method for explosive zones,this paper proposes the technical specifications for the selection of explosionproof devices and cables in Zone 1 and Zone 2.A threedimensional detection framework is also proposed by using the tripleband IR flame detectors,aspirating smoke detectors,and gas sensors and their collaborative configuration,which can solve the inherent issues of the early detection in aspects of large span space(16~26m)and complex airflow environment.Meanwhile,a spatial model is established for the explosionproof fire devices with consideration of the special spaces as the trenches and isolation layers for cables.The practical applications validate the proposed threedimensional detection framework with±3%LEL accuracy and 30s response time.This paper is of significant in theory and practical application for the design of fire automation systems with high risks.
