摘　　要：伴随测量行业的迅猛发展,三维激光扫描技术作为新兴技术也随之不断创新,通过与BIM技术结合应用,能够实现信息化、数字化、智能化的房屋室内验收实测实量的目标,为工程质量检查、工程验收及装饰装修带来了巨大的帮助。With the rapid development of the measurement industry,3D laser scanning technology,as an emerging technology,has also been constantly innovated.By combining with BIM technology application,it is possible to achieve the goal of informationization,digitization,and intelligence in the actual measurement of indoor acceptance of buildings,which has brought tremendous help to engineering quality inspection,engineering acceptance,and decoration.
