摘  要:地下室渗漏水是现今城市建筑存在的通病之一,为了更好地确定出现地下室渗漏水的原因和发生区域,文章借助探地雷达技术,获取建筑地下室附近高富水区域的雷达反射信号。同时,结合某实例地下室现场探地雷达实际测试结果,发现地下室周边高富水区多存在于周边管线的井室附近。因此,推断引起实例工程地下室渗漏的主要原因为周边井室及管线内的水体外漏,进而侵入地下室引发积水。为此,建议加强对建筑周边管线的维修管理,以保障地下室的正常使用。Basement leakage is one of the common problems in urban buildings today.In order to better determine the cause and occurrence area of basement leakage,this article uses ground penetrating radar technology to obtain the radar reflection signals in high water rich areas near the basement of the building.At the same time,based on the actual test results of ground penetrating radar in a basement site,it is found that high water rich areas around the basement are mostly located near the well chambers of surrounding pipelines.Therefore,it is inferred that the main cause of basement leakage in the example project is the outleakage of water from surrounding wells chambers and pipelines,which then invades the basement and causes water accumulation.It is recommended to strengthen the maintenance and management of surrounding pipelines of the building to ensure the normal use of the basement.
