摘  要:地质测绘和工程测量是建筑企业发展中所面临的两大难题,继续应用逐点单独测量的扫描技术难以有效满足不断增长的现实需求。为有效提升数据获取精准度,加快测量工程的进度,文章以某建筑工程测量工作为例,从扫描方案设计、控制测量、数据采集、内业数据处理、三维建模等方面入手,探讨了三维激光扫描技术在建筑工程测量的应用要点,期望为使用三维激光扫描技术开展建筑工程测量工作的人们提供一定借鉴和更多思路。Geological surveying and engineering surveying are two major challenges faced by construction enterprises in their development,and the continued application of point by point individual measurement scanning technology is difficult to effectively meet the growing practical needs.In order to effectively improve the accuracy of data acquisition and accelerate the progress of measurement engineering,this paper takes the measurement work of a construction project as an example,and discusses the application points of 3D laser scanning technology in construction engineering measurement from the aspects of scanning scheme design,control measurement,data acquisition,internal industry data processing,3D modeling,etc.It is expected to provide some reference and more ideas for people who use 3D laser scanning technology to carry out construction engineering survey work.
