摘　　要：文章在探讨城市更新背景下的完整社区建设时,着重分析了城市更新与完整社区建设之间的内在联系。通过案例分析,揭示了完整社区建设的成功经验和示范价值。在此基础上,提出了城市更新背景下完整社区建设的路径,包括科学规划与统筹布局、精细化改造与微更新策略、多元共建与市场化运维、智慧化管理与长效化治理以及文化传承与人文关怀的整合,旨在促进城市更新与完整社区建设的深度融合,为城市可持续发展和居民生活质量提升提供理论支撑和实践指导。This article focuses on analyzing the intrinsic connection between urban renewal and the construction of complete communities when discussing the construction of complete community in the context of urban renewal.Through case analysis,it reveals the successful experience and demonstration value of complete community construction.On this basis,it proposes the path of complete community construction in the context of urban renewal,including scientific planning and overall layout,refined transformation and micro-renewal strategies,diversified joint construction and market-oriented operation and maintenance,intelligent management and long-term governance,as well as the integration of cultural heritage and humanistic care.It aims to promote the deep integration of urban renewal and complete community construction,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of cities and the improvement of residents'quality of life.
