成都市典型轨道交通站点商业POI数据耦合性演变分析

摘　　要：文章通过获取成都市轨道交通线的15个站点周边的商业POI数据,对其分布与站点耦合程度做出分级评价。采用定量与定性相结合的方法,选取近几年的站点数据进行预测演化分析,最后对耦合情况提出相关优化策略,以期促进交通站点资源综合开发利用,引导轨道交通开发与城市商业互动发展。By obtaining the commercial POI data around 15 stations of the Chengdu rail transit line,the paper makes a hierarchical evaluation of the degree of coupling between its distribution and the stations.It adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,selects the station data of recent years for predictive evolution analysis,and finally puts forward relevant optimization strategies for the coupling situation,with a view to promoting the comprehensive development and utilization of transport site resources,and guiding the interactive development of rail transit development and urban commerce.
