“城市针灸”视角下老旧小区微更新路径研究——以成都红牌楼社区微更新为例

摘　　要：在传统老旧小区的改造难题中,采用“城市针灸”的微更新改造模式,能够以更灵活、织补式、碎片化的微更新策略推动开展老旧小区的更新工作,实现老旧小区的复兴与活力。文章以城市针灸为理论出发点,结合成都红牌楼社区微更新的改造案例,探索了老旧小区“针灸式”有机路径模式,提出了功能重组、提升使用,链接文化、重塑记忆,结合技术、生态节能,自上而下、共建共享等城市针灸的微更新策略,为相关研究提供思路。In the renovation challenges of traditional old residential areas,adopting the"urban acupuncture"micro-updating and renovation model can promote the renewal work of old residential areas with more flexible,patchwork and fragmented micro-updating strategies,achieving the revival and vitality of old residential areas.Taking urban acupuncture as the theoretical starting point,combined with the renovation case of the micro-renewal of the Red Board Community in Chengdu,this paper explores the"acupuncture style"organic path mode of the old community,and puts forward the micro-renewal strategies of urban acupuncture,such as functional reorganization,improvement of use,linking culture,reshaping memory,combination of technology,ecological energy saving,top-down approach,and co-construction and sharing,so as to provide ideas for related research.
