基于社会认知理论的适青化城市更新研究——以成都铁半城旧工业片区为例

摘　　要：城镇化的持续推进带来了城市青年人口快速增长,但许多城市青年却难以建立与社会的稳定关系,社会适应成了突出的社会问题。文章基于社会认知理论,剖析青年的城市认知过程,认为利用城市更新建立城市认知情境模型是引导青年社会行为,实现社会融入的关键,并以成都铁半城旧工业片区为例,进行规划设计,探索青年城市融入的路径,实现青年与城市的和谐发展,拓展城市更新研究的理论视角。The continuous advancement of urbanization has brought about a rapid growth of urban youth population,but many urban youths have difficulties in establishing a stable relationship with the society,and social adaptation has become a prominent social problem.Based on the theory of social cognition,the article analyzes the process of youth's urban cognition,and argues that the use of urban renewal to establish an urban cognition situation model is the key to guiding youth's social behaviors and realizing social integration.The article also takes the old industrial area of Chengdu Tiebancheng as an example to carry out planning and design and explore the path of youth's urban integration,so as to realize the harmonious development of youth and the city,and expand theoretical perspectives on the study of urban renewal.
