基于IPA分析法的老旧社区公共空间更新满意度评价研究——以成都银桂片区为例

摘　　要：居民满意度是衡量更新成果的重要评判指标之一。文章以成都市银桂片区为例,构建包含11个评价指标的居民满意度评价指标集,通过问卷调查法搜集数据,基于IPA分析法得出满意度评价结论,并提出优化策略,以期为后续老旧社区更新提供有力的理论支持和实际操作指导。The satisfaction of resident is one of the important evaluation indicators for measuring the results of the renovation.This article takes the Yingui District of Chengdu as an example to construct a set of resident satisfaction evaluation indicators that includes 11 evaluation indicators.In this paper,data is collected through questionnaire survey method,satisfaction evaluation conclusions are drawn based on IPA analysis method,and optimization strategies are proposed to provide strong theoretical support and practical guidance for the subsequent renewal of old communities.
