摘 要:文章探讨了基于BIM技术与精细化管理的机电安装工程成本控制与结算优化。传统机电安装工程常面临成本超支、结算烦琐等问题,而BIM技术凭借其信息集成与可视化优势,结合精细化管理对细节的精准把控,为解决这些问题提供了新思路。BIM技术有助于实现成本预算优化、过程控制、变更管理,精细化管理则确保结算数据准确、流程规范。二者结合,有效降低了成本超支风险,提高了结算效率与准确性,推动了建筑行业的高质量发展。This article explores the cost control and settlement optimization of mechanical and electrical installation engineering based on BIM technology and refined management.Traditional mechanical and electrical installation engineering often faces problems such as cost overruns and complicated settlement.However,BIM technology,with its advantages in information integration and visualization,combined with precise control of details through refined management,provides new ideas for solving these problems.BIM technology can achieve cost budget optimization,process control,and change management,while refined management ensures accurate settlement data and standardized processes.The combination of the two effectively reduces the risk of cost overruns,improves settlement efficiency and accuracy,and promotes the high-quality development of the construction industry.
