摘 要:BIM模型计量既能统计工程清单工程量,又能统计实物量。通过BIM及施工深化模型计量的应用,可以形成一整套完整的BIM技术应用融合的数字化管理模式,建立项目主要材料的专业化大数据模型框架,形成施工企业的企业定额。BIM的计量能力具有在未来升级造价行业计量规则的能力,通过统一使用实物量,从整体上提升整个建筑行业的运行效率。这些过程中的要素共同构成了建筑业智能建造发展的基础,它们如同建筑物的基因,为其提供了深入理解和预测建筑项目性能的能力。BIM model measurement can not only count the engineering quantity of the project list,but also count the physical quantity.Through the application of BIM and construction deepening model measurement,a complete set of digital management mode integrating BIM technology application has been formed,a specialized big data model framework for major materials of the project has been established,and enterprise quotas for construction enterprises have been formed.The measurement capability of BIM has the ability to upgrade the measurement rules of the cost industry in the future,and improve the overall operational efficiency of the entire construction industry by uniformly using physical quantities.The elements involved in these processes together form the foundation for the development of intelligent construction in the construction industry,and they act like the DNA of buildings,providing them with the ability to deeply understand and predict the performance of building projects.
