摘　　要：文章对目前采取的几种常规BIM管理模式进行了分析,结合半导体厂房建设项目的行业特殊性,提出了一种新型的BIM管理模式。该管理模式对项目进行区域化管理,并应用在北京市两个半导体厂房建设项目中,起到了提高工程建设质量,加快建设进度以及控制投资等方面的作用,同时可满足项目的保密需求,提高了项目整体管理水平。In this paper,several conventional BIM management modes currently adopted are analyzed,and a new BIM management mode is proposed in combination with the industry particularity of semiconductor plant construction projects.The management mode carries out regional management of the project,and is applied in two semiconductor plant construction projects in Beijing,which has played a role in improving the construction quality,speeding up the construction progress and controlling investment,while meeting the confidentiality needs of the project and improving the overall management level of the project.
