摘  要:住房问题一直是衡量国家经济发展、社会稳定的重要指标之一。近年来各地方政府相继推出保障性住房政策,都是为了完善“安居乐业”这一基本民生需求。越来越多的设计单位加入保障性住房的设计中,与此同时,设计单位不仅要对政策、标准做到精确解读,还要不断总结设计经验,为这项惠民工程起到应有的作用。因此,文章主要研究了保障性住房全维度智能化设计方法,在掌握工程基本情况的基础上,分析了保障性住房全维度智能化设计的可行性。此外,文章强调了优化空间布局、生态融合与休闲优化设计、社区配套完善与全龄友好设计、标准化户型设计等的实践路径,有助于转变传统保障性住房设计方式,充分提高其全维度智能化设计水平,从而为后续工程顺利建设奠定坚实基础。Housing problem has always been one of the important indicators to measure the national economic development and social stability.In recent years,local governments have promoted affordable housing policies in order to improve the basic livelihood needs of"living and working in peace and contentment".More and more design units join in the design of affordable housing.At the same time,the design units should not only accurately interpret the policies and standards,but also constantly summarize the design experience to play its due role in this project to benefit the people.Therefore,the paper mainly studies the full-dimensional intelligent design method of affordable housing.On the basis of mastering the basic situation of the engineering,it analyzes the feasibility of full-dimensional intelligent design of affordable housing design.In addition,the paper emphasizes the practice path of optimizing spatial layout,ecological integration and leisure optimization design,improving community facilities and full age friendly design,and standardizing unit design,which can help to change the traditional design way of affordable housing,fully improve the level of its full-dimensional intelligent design,and lay a solid foundation for the smooth construction of subsequent project.
