摘　　要：文章探究了智慧建造技术在住宅建筑工程安全施工管理中的应用,重点分析了物联网、BIM技术和大数据与人工智能技术的作用机制。通过集成这些技术,实现了施工过程中的实时监控、风险预测和决策支持,显著提升了安全管理的科学性和有效性。文章构建了基于智慧建造的安全施工管理体系,包括组织架构调整、管理制度优化和信息平台建设,以促进安全管理决策的科学化、智能化与高效化。文章同时为施工单位提供了策略建议,以实现安全施工管理的优化和升级,推动建筑施工安全管理向数字化、智能化、精细化方向转型。This article explores the application of smart construction technology in the safety construction management of residential construction projects,with a focus on analyzing the mechanisms of the Internet of Things,BIM technology,and big data and artificial intelligence technology.By integrating these technologies,real-time monitoring,risk prediction,and decision support during the construction process have been achieved,significantly improving the scientific and effective nature of safety management.This paper constructs a safety construction management system based on smart construction,including organizational structure adjustment,management system optimization and information platform construction,in order to promote the scientific,intelligent and efficient decision-making of safety management.At the same time,the study provides strategic suggestions for construction units to realize the optimization and upgrade of safety construction management,and promote the transformation of construction safety management to the direction of digitization,intelligence and refinement.
