摘  要:本文针对白酒玻璃瓶脱模油残留问题展开研究。首先分析了玻璃脱模油的成分及其在玻璃瓶生产中的作用,探讨了脱模油残留的机理和危害。随后,从原材料选择、生产工艺优化、设备改进和质量控制等方面提出了减少脱模油残留的过程控制措施。研究表明,通过科学选择脱模油、优化生产工艺参数、改进模具设计和加强过程监控,可有效降低脱模油残留,提高白酒玻璃瓶的产品质量和安全性。本研究对白酒玻璃瓶生产企业具有重要的指导意义。In this paper,the demoulding oil residue of liquor glass bottles is studied.Firstly,the composition of glass release oil and its function in glass bottle production were analyzed,and the mechanism and harm of release oil residue were discussed.Then,from the aspects of raw material selection,production process optimization,equipment improvement and quality control,the process control measures to reduce the residue of release oil are put forward.The research shows that the demoulding oil residue can be reduced effectively and the product quality and safety can be improved by scientific selection of demoulding oil,optimization of production process parameters,improvement of mold design and strengthening of process monitoring.This study has important guiding significance for the liquor glass bottle production enterprises.
