摘  要:本文建立了一种纸质内衬材料中丙烯酸酯类单体残留量的检测方法。样品经由乙醇振荡萃取后,以丙酸-2-苯乙酯为内标,经DB-624UI色谱柱分离,通过气相色谱质谱仪进行检测,实现了11种丙烯酸酯类单体的有效分离及实际样品的检测分析,并评估了该类单体物质的迁移风险。结果表明:1)方法评价:方法检出限为0.06 mg/kg~0.28 mg/kg,定量限为0.22 mg/kg~0.94 mg/kg,回收率在87.7%~109.8%,精密度RSD在0.9%~4.9%,说明方法具有较高的检测灵敏度及良好的检测准确度。2)残留量分析:甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯及丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯4种单体物质不同程度检出。3)迁移风险评估:特定迁移量均小于限量要求。A method for the determination of acrylate monomer residue in paper lining material was developed.The samples were extracted by ethanol,separated by DB-624UI column with 2-phenethyl propionate as the internal standard,and detected by gas chromatography mass spectrometer.The effective separation of 11 acrylate monomers and the detection and analysis of actual samples were realized,and the migration risk of these monomers was evaluated.The results showed as follows:1)Evaluation of the method:The limit of detection was 0.06mg/kg~0.28mg/kg,the limit of quantitation was 0.22 mg/kg~0.94 mg/kg,the recovery was 87.7%-109.8%,and the precision RSD was 0.9%~4.9%,indicating that the method had high detection sensitivity and good detection accuracy.2)Residue analysis:methyl methacrylate,butyl acrylate,hydroxyethyl methacrylate and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate were detected in different degrees.3)Migration risk assessment:the specific migration quantity is less than the limit requirements.
