摘  要:通过对高速全清废模切机关键技术的研究,突破传统模切机技术受限的瓶颈,使其能够满足大规模、高效率生产的市场需求。经过技术改进和优化后,高速全清废模切机的最高运行速度较传统同类型模切机的生产效率得到极大提高。未来可继续围绕自动化、数字化、智能化方向开展深入研究,持续推动高速全清废模切机技术向更高水平发展,更好地服务于包装印刷等相关行业。Through the research of the key technology of the high-speed die-cutting machine,the bottleneck of the traditional die-cutting machine technology is broken,so that it can meet the market demand of large-scale and efficient production.After technical improvement and optimization,the maximum running speed of the high speed full waste cutting machine is greatly improved compared with the production efficiency of the traditional die-cutting machine of the same type.In the future,we can continue to carry out in-depth research in the direction of automation,digitalization and intelligence,and continue to promote the development of high-speed full waste cleaning die cutting machine technology to a higher level to better serve related industries such as packaging and printing.
