摘  要:植物纤维PP复合材料是一种新型生物质复合材料,它以植物纤维和聚丙烯(PP)为原料,通过熔融共混法制备而成,因为具有生物可降解性和环境友好性,成为现代缓冲包装材料发展的热点产品。文章综述了近年来植物纤维聚丙烯复合材料的制备及性能研究进展,讨论了熔融共混、挤出和注塑等制备方法,总结了温度、压力和螺杆转速等加工参数对复合材料性能的影响,并在此基础上分析了植物纤维聚丙烯复合材料的机械、热学和形态性能。最后,提出了该领域面临的挑战和未来研究方向。Plant fiber PP composite material is a new type of biomass composite material,which takes plant fiber and polypropylene(PP)as raw materials and is prepared by melt blending method,because of its biodegradability and environmental friendliness,it has become a hot product in the development of modern buffer packaging materials.The preparation and properties of plant fiber polypropylene composites in recent years were reviewed.The preparation methods of melt blending,extrusion and injection molding were discussed.The effects of processing parameters such as temperature,pressure and screw rotation speed on the properties of plant fiber polypropylene composites were summarized.Finally,the challenges and future research directions in this field are presented.
