区域对比视角下成渝地区双城经济圈科教融汇研究

摘　　要：科教融汇需要站在区域协同发展的视角实现教育、科技、人才一体化推进。该文综合对比分析了成渝地区双城经济圈、京津冀地区、长三角地区、粤港澳大湾区四大经济圈在科教融汇上的主要做法,从政策引领、政产学研协同、资源协同、平台升级四个方面提炼其主要经验,结合成渝地区双城经济圈的发展实际和需求,从区域协同发展视角出发,提出促进成渝地区双城经济圈科教融汇的思考和建议。The integration of science and education requires the integration of education,science and technology,and talent from the perspective of regional coordinated development.This paper comprehensively compares and analyzes the main practices of the four major economic circles of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta region,and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in the integration of science and education,and refines their main experience in terms of policy guid-ance,government-industry-university-research coordination,and resource coordination,and platform upgrading.Combined with the actual development and needs of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,thoughts and sug-gestions are put forward on promoting the integration of science and education in the region from the perspective of regional coordinated development.
