摘　　要：该文系统分析了高校心理委员培训的现状,基于培训缺乏顶层设计、系统性不够、培训形式单一、实操指导性不强、培训师资力量不足、缺少实证研究支持等现实挑战,提出高校要依托顶层设计营造积极向上的心理委员培育环境、将理论与实践相结合设计心理委员培训课程、打造心理委员队伍专业化培养体系、运用“互联网+”途径实现优质资源共享和利用科学研究开发心理委员标准化培训方案五个途径,全面促进心理委员培训工作向科学化、规范化和标准化发展。This paper systematically analyzed the current situation of training of psychological monitors in col-leges and universities.There are some challenges in the training of psychological monitors,including lack of top-level design,inadequate systematization,single forms of training,insufficient practical guidance,shortage of teacher training and weak support from empirical research.It suggests that colleges and universities should rely on top-level design to foster a positive nurturing environment,design training courses by integrating theory with practice,establish a professional training system,utilize the“Internet+”approach to achieve the sharing of high-quality resources,and develop standardized training programs through scientific research.These five approaches aim to comprehensively facilitate the scientific,standardized,and normalized development of training of psycho-logical monitors in colleges and universities.
