摘　　要：伟大建党精神是中国共产党人精神谱系之源,是解读“中国共产党为什么能”的精神密码,也是引领新时代中国青年追求政治进步,实现入队、入团、入党“人生三部曲”的思想之舵、行动之帆、蓄力之桨。青年实现“人生三部曲”要以伟大建党精神为引领,筑牢信仰根基、强化责任担当、提振奋斗精神、培育崇高情怀,全过程培养要着重一体化建构、阶梯式推进、链条式衔接,切实把伟大建党精神植根于青年成才成长历程中,确保广大青年能够始终保持动机端正、行为自觉,逐步淬炼成可堪大用、能担重任的栋梁之材。The great founding spirit of the Party is the source of the spiritual spectrum of the Communist Party of China,the spiritual code for interpreting“why the Communist Party of China can”,as well as the ideological rud-der,the sail of action,and the oar of strength accumulation leading Chinese youth to pursue political progress in the new era to realize the“life trilogy”of joining the team,joining the League and joining the Party.To realize the“life trilogy”,the youth should build a solid foundation of faith,strengthen the sense of responsibility,boost the spirit of struggle,and cultivate lofty feelings guided by the great founding spirit of the Party.The whole-process training should focus on integrated construction,step-by-step advancement,and chain connection,and truly root the great founding spirit of the Party in the process of young people’s growth,so as to ensure that the majority of young people can always maintain correct motivation and conscious behavior,and gradually temper them into pil-lars who can be useful and shoulder heavy responsibilities.
