摘  要:针对当前农业信息技术研究生培养师资力量不足、培养方案滞后、实践能力不足、产学研合作不足等问题,该文以浙江海洋大学信息工程学院为例,提出“科教”与“产教”双融合的培养模式,通过整合优质教育资源、构建创新课程体系、加强导师队伍建设、强化实践教学环节、完善评价与反馈机制,有效提升了农业信息技术研究生的培养质量,为农业信息技术专业的人才培养注入了新活力。Aiming at the current problems of insufficient teachers,lagging training program,insufficient practical ability and insufficient cooperation among industries,universities and research institutes in the training of post-graduate students of agricultural information technology,the School of Information Engineering of Zhejiang Ocean University is an example of a training model that proposes the dual integration of“science and education”and“industry and education”,through the integration of high-quality educational resources and the development of a new training model.By integrating high-quality educational resources,constructing an innovative curriculum sys-tem,strengthening the construction of tutor team,practical teaching links,and perfecting the evaluation and feed-back mechanism,the quality of the training of postgraduates in agricultural information technology has been effec-tively improved,and new vitality has been injected into the training of talents in agricultural information technol-ogy.
