摘　　要：目的:随着临床研究对统计学方法依赖性的增加,医护人员掌握统计学软件如SPSS的使用方法变得尤为重要。该研究评估临床医护人员运用SPSS软件的现状,并探讨为期4天的SPSS现场互动式教学对提升他们临床科研能力的影响,由此得出经验反哺大学课堂,能提升医学院校大学生的统计学分析能力,并推进临床医学领域统计学的发展和实际应用。方法:采用线下教学、线上问卷调查法,对江苏省南通市某医院的临床一线医护人员进行了课前和课后两次调查,以了解他们对SPSS软件的使用情况和学习需求与满意度。结果:课前调查结果显示,大多数参与者使用SPSS的经验有限,84.2%的受访者表示存在使用焦虑。课后调查显示,现场教学显著提高了医护人员对SPSS的兴趣和信心,且95.0%的参与者对授课内容表示满意。结论:研究结果强调了针对临床医护人员的统计学现场教学的重要性,并为未来的教育干预提供了参考。Objective:As the clinical research becomes increasingly dependent on statistical methods,it becomes particularly important for healthcare professionals to master the use of statistical software such as SPSS.This study evaluates the current status of clinical healthcare professionals’use of SPSS software and explores the im-pact of a 4-day interactive SPSS training workshop on enhancing their clinical research capabilities,thereby pro-viding experience feedback to university classrooms.Methods:Using offline teaching and online questionnaire survey methods,two surveys were conducted before and after class among clinical frontline medical staff in a hos-pital in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province,to understand their usage,learning needs,and satisfaction with SPSS soft-ware.Results:The previous survey results showed that most of the participants had limited experience in using SPSS,and 84.2%of the respondents expressed anxiety about using SPSS.After class survey showed that on-site teaching significantly improved the interest and confidence of medical staff in SPSS,and 95.0%of participants were satisfied with the teaching content.Conclusion:The research results emphasize the importance of on-site teaching of statistics for clinical medical staff and provide reference for future educational interventions.
