摘  要:人力资源管理专业的核心课程往往同时具备较强的理论性与实践性。机械性地分割理论与实践课时的做法并不利于学生对理论知识和实践技能的掌握。对分课堂因其强调学生深度参与学习过程,在教学设计时更容易实现理实一体化,改善学习效果。该文以“绩效管理”课程为例,介绍了对分课堂模式下设计理实一体化课程的基本原则,对于理论与实践并重的课程教学改革具有一定的借鉴意义。The core courses of the human resource management major are both highly theoretical and practical.Dividing theoretical and practical hours mechanically is not conducive to students’mastery of theoretical knowl-edge and practical skills.By PAD class,which emphasizes students’deep participation in the learning process,it is easier to realize the integration of theory and practice and improve the learning effect.Taking the Performance Management course as an example,this paper introduces the basic principles of teaching design based on theory-practice integration under the PAD class model,which is of some significance for the teaching reform of courses that emphasize both theory and practice.
