摘　　要：高质量发展是中国式现代化的本质要求,是谋求国家发展和推动民族复兴的必由之路。当前,推动高质量发展面临的突出问题依然是发展不平衡不充分,主要表现在创新能力不适应高质量发展要求,一些关键核心技术受制于人,产业体系整体大而不强、全而不精,民生保障、生态环境保护仍存短板,城乡区域发展和收入分配差距仍然较大,等等。解决高质量发展面临的现实问题,需要深化改革破除制约,健全推动经济高质量发展体制机制、大力发展新质生产力、发挥国有企业在推动高质量发展中的作用、引领非公有制经济健康发展、着力提高发展的平衡性协调性包容性。High-quality development is the essential requirement of Chinese modernization,and it is the only way to seek national development and promote national rejuvenation.At present,the outstanding problem fa-cing the promotion of high-quality development is still the unbalanced and inadequate development,which is mainly manifested in the innovation ability not adapting to the requirements of high-quality development,some core technologies in key fields being restricted has not fundamentally changed,the industrial system as a whole is large but not strong,full but not precise,and the protection of people's livelihoods and the envi-ronment are still short boards,the gap between urban and rural regional development and income distribu-tion is still large,and so on.To address the realities of high-quality development,it is necessary to deepen reforms to remove constraints and improve the systems and mechanisms for promoting high-quality economic development,vigorously develop new quality productive forces,play the role of state-owned enterprises in promoting high-quality development,lead the healthy development of the non-public economy,and strive to improve the balance,coordination and inclusiveness of development.
