摘　　要：基于第七次全国人口普查数据,剖析湖州市女性流入人口的特征发现,相较于男性,女性流入人口展现出较低的流动性与较高的落户居留率,同时,高学历女性流入人口比例高于男性。但是,女性流入人口就业率相对较低,主要在生产制造、社会服务及专业技术等行业就业。湖州市为外来人口流入提供了各类政策。为更好地解决女性流入人口充分就业,建议加大高层次女性引进力度,鼓励她们提升科研能力,提升其留湖意愿,提高女性创就业服务水平,确保女性在经济和社会领域的权益得到切实保障。The study provides a comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the female inflow population in Huzhou based on data from the seventh national population census.The findings reveal that female inflow population exhibits lower mobility and higher rate of residency compared to the male counterpart.Additionally,the proportion of highly educated women is higher than that of men.However,despite these positive indicators,the employment rate of female inflow population remains relatively low,with most employed in manufacturing,social services,and professional and technical fields.Huzhou has implemented various policies to attract and support the inflow population.To better promote the full employment of female inflow population,it is recommended to enhance the recruitment of highly educated and skilled women,actively encourage their participation in key positions,improve the support and services for women’s entrepreneurship and employment,and ensure that women’s rights and interests are effectively safeguarded in both economic and social spheres.
