摘　　要：数字技术的快速发展为高校教育管理创新提供了有力支持。文章分析了数字化背景下高校教育管理存在的不足,包括大数据应用意识较弱、教育数据管理的标准较低、教育数据信息的融合难度高。针对存在的不足,文章提出高校教育管理创新路径,包括明确数据的信息应用理念,推进信息化教育管理基础设施建设;打造一站式教育管理平台,促进数字技术与教育管理协同发展;完善教育信息化管理系统,加强教育管理信息融合与安全管理。The rapid development of digital technology provides strong support for innovation in higher education management.The article analyzes the shortcomings of higher education management in the context of digitalization,including weak awareness of big data application,low standardization of educational data management,and high difficulty in integrating educational data information.In response to the existing shortcomings,the article proposes an innovative path for higher education management,including:clarifying the information application concept of data,promoting the construction of information-based education management infrastructure;Create a one-stop education management platform to promote the coordinated development of digital technology and education management;Improve the education information management system,strengthen the integration of education management information and security management.
