摘  要:随着线上学习在医学教育领域的广泛应用,自学状态下医学生面临诸多心理挑战。本研究深入剖析医学生线上学习常见心理问题,包括认知负荷、自主学习压力、虚拟社交情感疏离与学习动力不足等方面,进而构建具有针对性的心理支持与干预机制,涵盖知识整合引导体系、自主学习辅助与压力调适机制、多元社交促进与情感连接强化计划以及学习激励与倦怠突破策略等内容,旨在为改善医学生线上学习心理状态、提升学习效果与促进心理健康提供理论依据与实践参考,助力医学教育在数字化时代的高质量发展。With the widespread application of online learning in the field of medical education,medical students in a selfstudy state face many psychological challenges.This study deeply analyzes the common psychological problems of medical students in online learning,including manifestations in aspects such as cognitive load,self-learning pressure,emotional alienation in virtual social interactions,and insufficient learning motivation.Furthermore,a targeted psychological support and intervention mechanism is constructed,covering a knowledge integration guidance system,a self-learning assistance and stress adjustment mechanism,amulti-social promotionandemotional connectionstrengtheningplan,andlearningmotivation and burnout breakthrough strategies.The aim is to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the psychological state of medical students in online learning,enhancing learning effects,and promoting mental health,and to contribute to the high-quality development of medical education in the digital age.
