摘　　要：新的理论体系在新的术语革命中诞生。新质生产力的提出是中国特色社会主义政治经济学的术语革命,是构建新时代中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系的现实基础和理论依据。生产力变化必然引起与之相关的生产关系变化。文章依据生产力与生产关系的具体变化逻辑,沿着马克思主义政治经济学中国化时代化奠基阶段、马克思主义政治经济学中国化时代化探索阶段、马克思主义政治经济学中国化时代化形成阶段、马克思主义政治经济学中国化时代化新境界四个阶段,梳理了中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系的历史演进,提出新时代中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系是在坚持马克思主义政治经济学基本原理的基础上,以习近平经济思想为指导,以新质生产力及与其相适应的新型生产关系为研究对象,以社会公平与市场效率相统一为研究主线,以新生产方式和经济制度理论、新生产理论、新分配理论、新交换理论、新消费理论、新宏观经济理论和新经济全球化理论为主要内容的理论体系,并重点阐述了相关理论的主要构成,以期为全面推进中国式现代化奠定坚实的理论基础。A new theoretical system emerges in a new revolution of terminology.The proposal of new quality productive forces is a revolution of the terminology of political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and it lays a practical basis and a theoretical basis for constructing the theoretical system of political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Changes in productive forces inevitably lead to changes in relations of production.According to the evolution logic of productive forces and relations of production,the paper reviews the evolution of the theoretical system of political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics following four stages(incubation,exploration,formation,and development)of adapting Marxist political economy to the Chinese context and the needs of the times.It is proposed that the theoretical system of political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era should be constructed based on the basic principles of Marxist political economy and under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought on economy.The theoretical system should take new quality productive forces and new relations of production that are compatible with them as the research objects,with social equity and market efficiency as the research focuses.Its main contents should encompass new modes of production,new economic system theory,new production theory,new distribution theory,new exchange theory,new consumption theory,new macroeconomic theory,and new economic globalization theory.This paper elaborates on the main components of the relevant theories,aiming to provide a solid theoretical basis for comprehensively promoting Chinese modernization.
