制造业数字化转型与企业现代化发展——来自中国A股制造业上市公司的证据

摘　　要：现代化产业体系是中国式现代化的物质支撑,而制造业数字化转型是加快构建现代化产业体系的重要引擎。文章基于2010—2023年A股制造业上市公司数据,实证考察数字化转型对企业现代化水平的影响及作用机制。研究发现,数字化转型对制造业企业现代化水平的提升具有明显的推动作用;技术创新在数字化转型与制造业企业现代化水平提升之间起到了中介作用;国有企业相较于非国有企业而言,数字化转型对企业现代化水平提升的推动作用更为明显。因此,在政府层面,应加强数字化转型的总体规划和战略布局;在企业层面,应制定清晰的数字化转型战略,明确转型的目标、方向和路径,加大对数字技术的创新与应用力度。The modern industrial system is the material support for Chinese modernization,and the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry serves as an important engine to accelerate the building of the modern industrial system.Based on the data from A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2010 to 2023,this article empirically examines the impact of digitalization on the modernization level of enterprises and explores the underlying mechanism.The results indicate that digital transformation has a significant driving effect on the modern development of manufacturing enterprises.Technological innovation plays a mediating role between digital transformation and modern development of manufacturing enterprises.Moreover,digital transformation plays a more significant role in promoting the modern development of state-owned enterprises than in promoting the modern development of non-state-owned enterprises.According to the results,the government should strengthen the overall planning and strategic layout of digital transformation.Enterprises should formulate a digital transformation strategy with clear goals,directions,and paths to boost innovation and application of digital technology.
