舒适护理在小儿高热急诊护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的目的探讨在急诊患儿护理中应用舒适护理的临床效果。方法方法选择我院儿科急诊于2024年1月至2024年6月收治的50例高热患儿作为研究对象,按入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,每组人数相等。对照组采用常规护理方法,而观察组在此基础上实施舒适护理,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果结果护理干预后,观察组患儿在退热时间、治疗依从性、不良事件发生率及护理满意度等方面均优于对照组,两组数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论结论在高热患儿护理中应用舒适护理能够改善传统护理模式的不足,提高幼儿治疗依从性,并切实满足临床治疗需求,具有良好的临床推广价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of applying comfort nursing in emergency care of pediatric patients.Method Fifty children with high fever admitted to the pediatric emergency department of our hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group in the order of admission,with equal numbers in each group.The control group received conventional nursing methods,while the observation group received comfort care on this basis,and the treatment effects of the two groups of children were compared.Result After nursing intervention,the observation group had better fever reduction time,treatment compliance,incidence of adverse events,and nursing satisfaction than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in the care of children with high fever can improve the shortcomings of traditional nursing models,enhance children's treatment compliance,and effectively meet clinical treatment needs,with good clinical promotion value.
