摘　　要：目的探究临床孕早期宫内外复合妊娠(HP)诊断中应用经腹超声(TAS)联合经阴道超声(TVS)的意义。方法本次以50例孕早期HP女性展开回顾探讨,其中自然受孕5例,辅助生殖技术(ART)受孕45例,回顾开始于2023.01时段内,结束于2024.02时段内。所有HP女性均采取TAS联合TVS诊断。观察异位妊娠(EP)女性及宫内妊娠(IUP)女性在超声检查方面及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)方面的具体表现。结果本组50例HP女性经TAS联合TVS检查后,其中胎囊型(Ⅰ型)EP女性8例表现为高回声环状结构存在于周边,且周边经CDFI显示有血流信号存在,呈现为环状;包块型(Ⅱ型)EP女性8例表现为高回声或中等回声的不均质团块,有无回声区呈小圈样存在于内部,周边经CDFI显示有血流信号,但为少许存在;破裂型(Ⅲ型)EP女性34例表现为回声杂乱的不均质团块,且为不规则形态,范围相对较大,无清晰的边界,少数伴腹腔积液,全部伴随盆腔积液,团块内镜CDFI显示血流信号少许存在或未存在。IUP女性表现为宫内无回声孕囊样1例;孕囊内未见胚芽,且有卵黄囊7例;孕囊内无胚芽、胎心,且有卵黄囊1例;孕囊内有胚芽存活,且有卵黄囊41例。结论临床孕早期HP诊断中应用TAS联合TVS的价值较高,可为临床诊断和后续处置提供一定参考依据,因此可积极借鉴和广泛应用。Objective To investigate the significance of transabdominal ultrasound(TAS)combined with transvaginal ultrasound(TVS)in the clinical diagnosis of intrauterine and extrauterine compound pregnancy(HP)in early pregnancy.Method A review of 50 women with HP in early pregnancy was conducted,including 5 cases of natural conception and 45 cases of assisted reproductive technology(ART)conception,which began in 2023.01 and ended in 2024.02.All women with HP were treated with TAS and TVS.All HP women were diagnosed by TAS combined with TVS.The specific manifestations of ectopic pregnancy(EP)women and intrauterine pregnancy(IUP)women in terms of ultrasonography and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)were observed.Result After TAS combined with TVS in 50 women with HP,8 women with placenta type(type I)EP had hyperechoic ring-like structures in the periphery,and the periphery showed blood flow signals by CDFI,which were ring-like;8 women with encapsulated type(type II)EP had a heterogeneous mass that was hyperechoic or moderately echogenic,and there were echogenic zones that existed as a small circle in the interior,with blood flow signals by CDFI in the periphery;and 8 women with intrauterine pregnancy(IUP)had a heterogeneous mass that was hyper-echoic or moderately echogenic.CDFI showed that there was blood flow signal,but it was little present;34 cases of ruptured type(type III)EP women showed heterogeneous masses with mixed echoes and irregular patterns,with relatively large ranges and no clear borders,a few of which were accompanied by abdominal fluid,and all of which were accompanied by pelvic fluid,and the endoscopic CDFI of the masses showed that the blood flow signals were little present or absent.1 case of IUP women showed an echo-free intrauterine gestational sac;no germ was seen in the sac,and there was no embryo in the sac.No germ was seen in the gestational sac and there was a yolk sac in 7 cases;no germ or fetal heart in the gestational sac and there was a yolk sac in 1 case;and there was a surviving germ in the ge
