摘　　要：知识型移民群体作为接受过良好教育、掌握专业知识与技能的高层次人才,本就是推进地方发展的重要生力军和地方人才引进的主要对象。而对于地方而言,尽快培育知识型移民对迁入城市的地方感,亦是实现地方留才和推动城市可持续发展的现实需要。本研究运用深圳、北京、上海三座城市的调查数据,对知识型移民的社交媒体在地化使用、社会参与和地方感之间的关系进行实证考察。实证结果显示:(1)社交媒体在地化使用对知识型移民的地方感有直接的正向影响,且社会参与在知识型移民的社交媒体在地化使用与地方感建构之间扮演中介的角色;(2)不同使用模式在影响效果上存在差异,具体而言在地信息获取是知识型移民地方感建构的重要正向影响因素,在地社会活动更多通过社会参与这一中介变量对知识型移民的地方感建构起作用。因此,对于理解社交媒体使用影响地方感的解释机制,本研究具有一定的理论贡献和现实意义。Knowledge migrants,as highly educated individuals with specialized knowledge and skills,play a crucial role in driving local development and are key targets for talent recruitment in various regions.For cities,quickly fostering a sense of place among new migrants is essential for talent retention and sustainable urban growth.This study uses survey data from Shenzhen,Beijing,and Shanghai to empirically examine the relationship between the localized use of social media,social participation,and the sense of place among knowledge migrants.The findings reveal that:(1)localized use of social media has a direct positive impact on the sense of place among knowledge migrants,with social participation acting as a mediating factor in this relationship;(2)different usage patterns have distinct effects.Specifically,the frequency of acquiring localized information significantly and positively influences the development of a sense of place,while the extent of using localized social functions primarily affects the sense of place through the mediating role of social participation.This study provides both theoretical contributions and practical implications for understanding the mechanisms by which social media usage shapes the sense of place among knowledge migrants.
