彩色多普勒超声心动图检查在慢性风湿性心脏病诊断中的价值研究

摘　　要：分析彩色多普勒超声心动图检查在慢性风湿性心脏病(rheumatic heart disease,RHD)诊断中的应用价值。选择2022年1月—2023年12月云南省滇南中心医院收治的120例疑似慢性RHD患者为研究对象。将手术病理诊断结果作为金标准,对全部患者实施彩色多普勒超声心动图检查,分析彩色多普勒超声心动图检查的应用价值。病理诊断结果显示,阳性101例,阴性19例;彩色多普勒超声心动图检查结果显示,阳性103例,阴性17例,彩色多普勒超声心动图检查的灵敏度为98.00%、特异度为78.90%、准确率为95.00%,与病理诊断结果对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。彩色多普勒超声心动图检查结果显示,二尖瓣粘连33例、二尖瓣钙化44例、混合型瓣19例,总检出率为95.00%,与病理诊断结果对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,彩色多普勒超声心动图检查在慢性RHD诊断中的应用价值明显,值得推广应用。This paper analyzes the application value of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of rheumatic heart disease(RHD).A total of 120 patients suspected of RHD admitted to Southern Central Hospital of Yunnan Province from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Taking the surgical pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard,color Doppler echocardiography was performed on all patients,and the application value of color Doppler echocardiography was analyzed.The pathological diagnosis results showed that there were 101 positive cases and 19 negative cases;the color Doppler echocardiography results showed that there were 103 positive cases and 17 negative cases.The sensitivity of color Doppler echocardiography was 98.00%,the specificity was 78.90%,and the accuracy rate was 95.00%.There was no statistical difference compared with the pathological diagnosis results(P>0.05).The color Doppler echocardiography results showed that there were 33 cases of mitral valve adhesion,44 cases of mitral valve calcification,and 19 cases of mixed valve,with a total detection rate of 95.00%,and there was no statistical difference compared with the pathological diagnosis results(P>0.05).The study found that color Doppler echocardiography has obvious application value in the diagnosis of RHD and is worthy of popularization and application.
