冰冻切片与石蜡切片对甲状腺疾病的病理诊断价值分析

摘　　要：分析冰冻切片与石蜡切片在甲状腺疾病病理诊断中的价值,促进病理技术不断创新与改进,提高整体病理诊断水平。将2023年1月—2024年5月医院收治的80例甲状腺疾病患者作为受试对象,所有患者先后接受冰冻切片病理诊断与石蜡切片病理诊断,比较两种诊断方法的时效性及冰冻切片的诊断效能。结果显示,与石蜡切片病理诊断相比,冰冻切片病理诊断耗时更短(P<0.05);诊断效能方面,冰冻切片在总体诊断和甲状腺良恶性病变亚型诊断中的准确性、敏感性、特异性较石蜡切片低。研究发现,尽管冰冻切片在甲状腺疾病病理诊断中的耗时更短,但在总体诊断和甲状腺良恶性病变亚型诊断中,其诊断效能略低于石蜡切片,提示今后需要结合多种诊断手段,并关注不同病理类型在诊断中的差异以提高甲状腺疾病病理诊断的准确性。To analyze the value of frozen sections and paraffin sections in the pathological diagnosis of thyroid diseases,promote the continuous innovation and improvement of pathological techniques,and improve the overall level of pathological diagnosis.A total of 80 patients with thyroid diseases admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent pathological diagnosis of frozen sections and paraffin sections successively.The timeliness of the two diagnostic methods and the diagnostic efficiency of frozen sections were compared.The results showed that compared with the pathological diagnosis of paraffin sections,the pathological diagnosis of frozen sections took less time(P<0.05);in terms of diagnostic efficiency,the accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of frozen sections in the overall diagnosis and the diagnosis of subtypes of benign and malignant thyroid lesions were lower than those of paraffin sections.The study found that although frozen sections take less time in the pathological diagnosis of thyroid diseases,their diagnostic efficiency is slightly lower than that of paraffin sections in the overall diagnosis and the diagnosis of subtypes of benign and malignant thyroid lesions.This suggests that in the future,it is necessary to combine a variety of diagnostic methods and pay attention to the differences in diagnosis of different pathological types to improve the accuracy of pathological diagnosis of thyroid diseases.
