摘 要:分析CT与MR诊断椎体压缩性骨折的效果。选取2020年1月—2024年1月广州市胸科医院收治的50例椎体压缩性骨折患者,随机将其分为传统组和实践组。传统组实施CT检查,实践组实施CT与MR联合检查,比较两组影像诊断准确率、骨髓水肿检出率、软组织损伤识别率、影像学检查时间等指标。结果显示,实践组的影像诊断准确率、骨髓水肿检出率、软组织损伤识别率高于传统组(P<0.05);实践组的检查时间长于传统组(P<0.05);实践组患者的功能恢复情况、日常活动能力和生活质量评分均高于传统组(P<0.05);实践组的临床决策时间、影像学结果解释时间均短于传统组(P<0.05)。研究发现,CT与MR联合应用于椎体压缩性骨折的诊断中具有显著优势,不仅提高了诊断的准确性,还改善了疼痛管理效果和患者的恢复情况。通过缩短临床决策时间和影像学结果解释时间提高了医疗效率,建议在临床实践中推广应用,以优化患者的整体治疗效果。To analyze the eff ect of CT and MR in the diagnosis of vertebral compression fractures.A total of 50 patients with vertebral compression fracture admitted to Guangzhou Chest Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were randomly divided into traditional group and practice group.CT examination was performed in the traditional group and CT and MR combined examination in the practice group,and the accuracy of imaging diagnosis,the detection rate of bone marrow edema,the recognition rate of soft tissue injury,and the time of imaging examination were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the accuracy of imaging diagnosis,the detection rate of bone marrow edema and the recognition rate of soft tissue injury in the practice group were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05),the examination time in the practice group was longer than that in the traditional group(P<0.05),the scores of functional recovery,daily activity ability and quality of life in the practice group were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05),and the clinical decision-making time and interpretation time of imaging results in the practice group were shorter than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The study found that the combination of CT and MR in the diagnosis of vertebral compression fractures has signifi cant advantages,not only improving the accuracy of diagnosis,but also improving pain management and patient recovery.It improves medical effi ciency by shortening the clinical decision-making time and the interpretation time of imaging results,and it is recommended to promote its application in clinical practice to optimize the overall treatment eff ect of patients.
