摘　　要：月经过多(heavymenstrualbleeding,HMB)是一种影响妇女生活质量的妇科疾病,评估了葆宫止血颗粒联合地屈孕酮片治疗HMB的临床效果及其对患者生活质量的影响。选取2023年3月—2024年3月全国范围内的50家医院收治的571例HMB患者为研究对象随机将其分为对照组(n=286,采取地屈孕酮片治疗)和观察组(n=285,采取葆宫止血颗粒联合地屈孕酮治疗),评价两组患者月经过多情况和生活质量变化。结果显示,12个月间两组患者的MMAS总体得分的平均差异为13.3分(P<0.05);观察组SF-36评分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,葆宫止血颗粒联合地屈孕酮片治疗HMB具有显著的临床疗效,能够提高患者的生活质量。Heavy menstrual bleeding(HMB)is a gynecological disease that affects women’s quality of life.This study aims to evaluate the clinical effect of Baogong Zhixue Keli combined with dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of HMB and its impact on patients’quality of life.A total of 571 patients with HMB admitted to 50 hospitals nationwide from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group(n=286,treated with dydrogesterone tablets)and an observation group(n=285,treated with Baogong Zhixue Keli combined with dydrogesterone).The conditions of heavy menstrual bleeding and changes in quality of life of the two groups of patients were evaluated.The results showed that the average difference in the overall MMAS score between the two groups of patients during 12 months was 13.3 points(P<0.05);the improvement degree of the SF-36 score in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that Baogong Zhixue Keli combined with dydrogesterone tablets has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of HMB and can improve the quality of life of patients.
