曼月乐放置对不同类型子宫肌腺症患者的疗效及对血清学指标的影响研究

摘　　要：探究与分析曼月乐放置对不同类型子宫肌腺症患者的疗效及对血清学指标的影响。选取张家港市妇幼保健院2022年4月—2024年1月收治的95例子宫腺肌症患者为研究对象。根据疾病临床分型将患者分为局灶型组(n=53)以及弥漫型组(n=42),全部患者均放置曼月乐治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、血清学指标、子宫变化情况、不良反应发生情况。结果显示,两组患者的临床疗效比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的CA125、CA199、PGF2α等血清学指标均低于治疗前,子宫体积和子宫内膜厚度均小于治疗前,弥漫型组相关指标均优于局灶型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生情况比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,曼月乐在局灶型或者弥漫型子宫腺肌症患者治疗中均有一定的应用效果。其中,将曼月乐应用于弥漫型子宫腺肌症患者的治疗中可更好地改善患者的CA125、CA199和PGF2α等血清学指标,且并未增加不良反应,安全性较高。To explore and analyze the efficacy of Mirena placement in patients with different types of adenomyosis and its influence on serological indicators.A total of 95 patients with adenomyosis admitted to Zhangjiagang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the clinical classification of the disease,the patients were divided into the focal type group(n=53)and the diffuse type group(n=42).All patients were treated with Mirena placement.The clinical efficacy,serological indicators,uterine changes and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that there was no statistical difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the serological indicators such as CA125,CA199 and PGF2αof the two groups of patients were all lower than those before treatment,and the uterine volume and the thickness of the endometrium were both smaller than those before treatment.The relevant indicators of the diffuse type group were all better than those of the focal type group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The study found that Mirena has a certain application effect in the treatment of patients with focal or diffuse adenomyosis.Among them,applying Mirena to the treatment of patients with diffuse adenomyosis can better improve the serological indicators such as CA125,CA199 and PGF2αof patients,and does not increase adverse reactions,with high safety.
