加味当归补血汤治疗肺癌化疗后白细胞减少的研究

摘　　要：研究加味当归补血汤对肺癌化疗后白细胞减少患者的临床疗效。以2022年4月—2023年10月无棣县中医院内一科收治的86例肺癌化疗后白细胞减少患者为研究对象,利用数字表随机将其分为对照组和观察组,单数序列为对照组开展常规治疗(n=43),偶数序列为观察组服用加味当归补血汤治疗(n=43)。对比两组患者治疗前后白细胞水平、炎症因子水平、免疫系统功能、整体治疗有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果显示,治疗后,观察组白细胞水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NK细胞及CD4+水平低于对照组,CD8+水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组整体治疗有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,选择加味当归补血汤治疗肺癌化疗后白细胞减少患者,可以提升患者白细胞水平,降低炎症反应严重程度与不良反应发生风险,增强患者免疫功能,保障临床对该类患者的综合治疗效果。This study aimed to investigate the clinical efficacy of Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction in the treatment of leukopenia in lung cancer patients after chemotherapy.A total of 86 lung cancer patients with post-chemotherapy leukopenia admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine 1 of Wudi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to October 2023 were selected.Using the random number table method,they were divided into a control group(n=43,odd-numbered sequences)receiving conventional treatment and an observation group(n=43,even-numbered sequences)treated with Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction.The white blood cell(WBC)levels,inflammatory factor levels,immune system function,overall treatment efficacy,and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The results showed that after treatment,the WBC levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The inflammatory factor levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The++natural killer(NK)cell and CD4 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while CD8 levels were higher(P<0.05).The overall treatment efficacy in the observation group was higher,and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study concluded that Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction can effectively increase WBC levels,reduce the severity of inflammatory reactions and the risk of adverse reactions,enhance immune function,and improve the comprehensive treatment outcomes for lung cancer patients with post-chemotherapy leukopenia.
